The Gyoto Monastery , one of the older monasteries in India is a quaint tribute to Buddhism. It is home to the Karmapa Lama, the third most revered spiritual guru amongst Tibetans after the Dalai Lama and the Panchen Lama.

The scenic Norbulingka Tibetan Center, a large beautiful campus is a one stop home to the Tibetan heritage & culture with its museums, textile centre, wood carving, carpentry & metal crafts workshops etc.

The beautiful Dorzong Monastic Institute embodying detailed Buddhist architecture in the lap of the Dhauladhar mountains.

History Revisited :

At Dhyanagni excessive attention is paid to what we cook, serve & feed our guests.

All food is Vegetarian & Saatvik (spiritual / pure), made with love to the powerful chanting of mantras to bless & purify the food & to enhance its healing effects.

In true Vedic tradition food cooked with love & fortified with mantras is served with even more love.

All ingredients used are organic and mostly locally grown.

All the drinking & cooking water used and served at Dhyanagni is charged to be healing water.

For particular needs & ailments you can opt for customised diet plans.

You can volunteer to work at the community kitchen or choose to participate in cooking classes that teach you healthy & tasty recipes from Vedic tradition.

Many a times you can cook & enjoy your food in impromptu picnics under the mellow sunshine or starlit nights.

An important part of our day at Dhyanagni is the special 7 minute Bhoj Meditation before meal that activates your energy systyem , enhances your taste buds & improve your digestion process. This meditation has been especially designed by the Master Sri Suryam Mansoon.
